Peptides reward consistency more than complexity. Three products used daily will beat a crowded shelf used sporadically.

Morning

  1. Gentle cleanser. Remove overnight oil without stripping the barrier.
  2. Peptide serum. Apply to damp skin. A formula with signal peptides or copper peptides works here.
  3. Moisturizer with SPF. Sunscreen is the most proven anti-aging product available. Peptides are supplementary.

Evening

  1. Cleanser. Remove sunscreen and grime.
  2. Retinol or exfoliant, if tolerated. Peptides can go on the same night; if you are sensitive, alternate.
  3. Peptide moisturizer. Seal everything in and support repair while you sleep.

The order rule

Thin before thick. Water-based serums before creams. Oils last. Peptides are flexible; they do not need to be first, but they should not be buried under a heavy occlusive that blocks absorption.

What to skip

You do not need a separate peptide eye cream, peptide neck cream, and peptide hand serum. The same peptide serum can cover those areas. You also do not need to stack five different peptides. Pick one well-formulated product and use it for at least eight weeks before judging results.

Skin turnover takes time. Peptides are not an overnight fix. A simple routine used consistently is the closest thing there is to a shortcut.
